Return Policy

We accept returns within 20 days of the invoice date. All returns must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS: Please let us know right away if you received defective or damaged item. We will gladly take it back for exchange. Please make sure the original packaging is saved so the damaged item can be returned to the supplier or the manufacturer. Contact Customer Service at cs@2mofficesupplies.com or call 972-484-0000. Special order items: Special orders must be verified by the customer before the order is placed. Special order items are not returnable. If the item is damaged or incorrect it will be replaced . NON RETURNABLE ITEMS: Perishable food items or dated goods are non returnable items. Non Returnable items are marked in the catalog and on the website. FURNITURE ITEMS: Furniture items must be inspected at the time of delivery. If there is damage please let the driver know right away.
